SOLUTION: In this seat provided by laying a cushioning material K in a bottom plate BP to be coated by a skin material H, the recessed part or the groove part is formed at least in a surface side of the seat for the two- wheeler, and a draining hole 40 is formed in the recessed part or the groove.
