PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space mat for vehicle capable of using effectively space in a cab for carrying, containing and storing tools in the cab to eliminate a feeling of unevenness in the cab, to form visually a feeling of vastness and to improve handleability. SOLUTION: This space mat 1 is placed on upper face of a kick-up part 9 below the space 11 between a seat back portion 6b of a front passenger's seat 6 and a back panel 12. The space mat 1 is formed with a mat type member 2 and a support leg 3 adapted to support stably the member 2 on the kick-up part 9 and a bed pan 15 and held horizontally. A back face of the seat back portion 6b and surface of the mat type member 2 are almost flush with each other in a state that the seat back portion 6b is bent. The mat type member 2 is made of a cushiony member.
