PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club for practice by which downswing can be correctly practiced by preventing excessive force applied to a grip by a beginner. SOLUTION: This golf club for practice comprising a grip gripped by a golfer, a head to impact a golf ball, and a shaft connecting the grip to the head is composed of a pair of bending shafts fixed to a head neck of the head at one end, and fixed to the shaft at the other end to be bent as force is applied to the grip at the time of downswing, a bending preventing means fixed to the shaft for supporting the head to prevent the head from bending leftward from a shaft center line at the time of follow-through action after impact action of the golf ball, and a pressurizing means rotatably attached to the shaft to pressurize the head at the time of address backswing, and release pressure on the head, so the bending shafts are capable of bending at the time of downswing.
