PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption system minimizing a risk of the theft of contents through a network. SOLUTION: This content transmitting system distributing the contents to clients through the network from a server side is provided with a set of a plurality of keys prepared on the server side with a key newly updated in sequence each time the contents are distributed, a first cipher processing section 23 ciphering the contents with the key distributed when the previous contents are procured and outputting encipherment contents, a second cipher processing section 24 encipherment and outputting the encipherment key ciphering the previous contents, and a third cipher processing section 26 coding the encipherment key ciphering the contents when the next contents are procured and outputting a content cipher releasing key. |
