PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of conducting a water supply pump 3 drive without using wastful energy at a low cost and conduct stable operation of a toroidal type stepless speed regulator 2. SOLUTION: A toroidal type stepless speed regulator 2 is provided between a water supply pump 3 and an electric motor 1. The water supply quantity can be changed by changing the transmission ratio of a toroidal type stepless speed regulator 2 while conducting constant-speed operation of an electric motor 1, and a pressurized oil and a lubricating oil can freely feeded to a toroidal type of stepless speed regulator 2 by an oil feeding pump 10.
