PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conform an encoding method of sending side with that of receiving side on data distributing. SOLUTION: An encoded parameter producing medium 110 produces an encoded parameter which is necessary for encoding, and supplies to an encoding medium 120 and a multiplying medium 140. The encoding medium 120 encodes an original data in a certain encoding method, and produces an encoded data. And a decoding algorithm data, which constructs a decoding algorithm - that decodes an encoded data according to the encoding method - is stored in decoding-algorithm-data-recording medium 130 in advance. The Multiplying medium 140 produces a distributing data from the encoding parameter, the decoding algorithm data and the encoded data input from encoding medium 120, then outputs it to a sending medium 150. The sending medium 150 sends out the distributing data to a device on a receiving side 200 through a communication line 300. The device on a receiving side 200 decodes the encoded data with the attached encoding parameter and decoding algorithm data, and produces a reproduction data. |
