<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay fluctuation eliminating control method and a multiplexer utilizing the same, with which a buffer quantity for eliminating a delay fluctuation for each call origination can be automatically and immediately set and a sound quality can be prevented from being lowered. SOLUTION: This device has first delay fluctuation value adding means 35 and 49 for adding a maximum delay fluctuation value, which is to generate when transmitting a received cell, in the prescribed area of the cell, a second delay fluctuation value adding means 34 for adding a maximum delay f fluctuation value, which is to generate when reproducing original data from the received cell, in the prescribed area of the cell, a storage means 41 for storing the data part of the cell to reproduce the original data and read control means 42 and 48 for controlling the read of the data part of the cell stored in the storage means 41 according to the maximum delay fluctuation value stored in the prescribed area of the cell to reproduce the original data.</p> |
