<p>A pulsating discharge is generated between an object to be surface treated and a discharge electrode containing a corrosion resistant material, e.g., chromium, in a working fluid. The electrode wear fused substance of the discharge electrode produced by the energy of pulsating discharge is deposited on the surface of the object and a coating exhibiting corrosion resistance is formed on the surface of the object.</p> |
