PURPOSE: A burner system and a rotating wing for mixing and burning oil and air are provided to save the energy used in incinerators, boilers and vehicles, to increase thermal efficiency, and to prevent environmental pollution through complete combustion. CONSTITUTION: A burner system for mixing and burning oil and air includes a driving unit(1) having a motor(M) and a pump(P), an air intake device(2) supplying liquid transferred to a discharge pipeline(2e) with gas, a rotary mixing part(5) for mixing liquid transferred through the discharge pipeline of the air intake device and gas, a fixed mixing part(6) integrally formed with a housing(3) for increasing a mixing effect of the rotary mixing part and a discharge part(8) for pressurizing the inside of the housing. |
