PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element substrate which enables visual determination of directivity of the substrate in appearance. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element substrate is a rectangular substrate made of piezoelectric ceramics, having a single or a plurality of polarizing parts affixed to the surface of a base to serve as physical stress-electric signal conversion means, with the base consisting of a weight oscillating in response to receipt of acceleration, a straining body strained by the oscillation of the weight, and legs supporting the periphery of the deflecting body. The substrate is provided with a marker 1, formed by cutting away one of the four corners thereof. |
