The elastic head screw (21) has a case (22) with an inner wall (222) closing the expanded lower end (220) that is coupled to the countersunk orifice (230) of the glass panel (23) in which an elastic core (24) surrounding the shank portion (250) of the screw is housed, said portion being embodied as a substantially cylindrical widened head. Said screw also has a fixing washer (29) screwed to the threaded end (221) of the case and a circumferential retaining flap (290) with a diameter (D1) that is smaller than the diameter (D2) of the shank portion (250) that provides retention against axial movements of the screw. The case may have two separate pieces that are screwed to one another. Alternately, the retaining flap may be provided on the upper part of the case and not on the fixing washer.
