The dosing device, especially for pharmaceutical products such as micro-capsules, includes a revolving drum(11) for holding the product with dosing holes in its base. The rotational axis(14) of the drum is inclined in relation to the vertical so that the product during rotation of the drum, apart from in the dosing holes(17), accumulates in a feed area(36), and the transfer region(20) is located on a product-free level above the feed area.
