SOLUTION: The elastic wheel provided with a disc 1 provided with a base rim 2 and a rim 3 supporting the tire 20, has a pair of guides 4 fixed annularly on the inner peripheral face of the rim 3 and a pair of wall parts 5 fixed annularly in both the side part areas of a tire axial direction on the outer peripheral face of the base rim 2, and rubber resilient bodies are annularly interposed respectively.
