PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-rolled sushi producing apparatus designed to feed cooked rice balls or the like into under moderate heating, rollers so as to keep the taste of the final hand-rolled sushi. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing hand-rolled sushi is such as to be equipped with a heating means (e.g. nichrome wires 16) close to feed rollers or on a cover panel 17 to subject cooked rice for sushi fed into the group of rollers to keep at a specified temperature. |
