<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a good laminating strength and a laminating strength not reduced even when various type strong permeable substance is packaged. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises at least a constitution obtained by laminating a resin composition layer formed of a resin composition for satisfying the conditions that the composition is a polyolefin copolymer resin adhesive to a polyolefin resin having a specific copolymerization ratio and made of at least one type selected from the group consisting of functional groups of a carboxyl group, acid anhydride group, epoxy group and silane group in a specific amount to be connected to a surface of a barrier layer, by an extrusion laminating method, on a metal layer or a vapor deposited surface of the barrier layer of a metal foil, a metal vapor deposited film or the like.</p> |
