PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin-based resin composition having excellent processability and satisfying the balance between thermal resistance and impact resistance required for the cable protection pipe of underground wire for electric power. SOLUTION: This polyvinyl chloride resin-based resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a mixture consisting of (A) polyvinyl chloride resin and (B) chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin mixed within the ratio A:B of 90:10 to 10:90 and (C) 0.5 to 20 pts.mass in total of at least two rubbery polymers selected from the four rubbery polymers consisting of silicone/acrylic graft copolymer, MBS resin, acrylic graft copolymer and chlorinated polyethylene.
