PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating system and an apparatus suitable for treating garbage. SOLUTION: A garbage treating system of the present invention is constituted of a decomposition tank in which an agitator is provided, a driving device for the agitator, a dehumidifier in which a honeycomb rotor is built, a clarification tank, an ozone generator, a compressor and a heater as elements and the apparatus wherein these are connected by using ducts to compactly gather them and an air flow is generated in the arrow mark direction as shown in Figure 1 is provided.
