PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal equipment which can be operated with low power consumption by stopping power supply to a main control part or the like at standby time, and to provide a control method therefor. SOLUTION: A Layer-1 monitoring part 1 is provided and power is independently supplied to an ISDN control part 2 and a main terminal function part 3. When the Layer-1 monitoring part 1 detects an incoming call, power supply to the ISDN control part 2 is started and when a response to the incoming call is enabled, power supply to the main terminal function part 3 is started. |
