INVERTED HYDRAULIC BUFFER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make up for a damping force on the pressure side through working oil throttling operation of a partition member situated at the outer periphery of a damper cylinder and ensure operation stability by reducing resistance of an expansion stroke, in an inverted hydraulic buffer. SOLUTION: The inverted hydraulic buffer 10 is provided with a partition member 33 which is supported at a damper cylinder 21 and with which the inner periphery of an inner tube 12 is brought into slide contact and which has an oil passage 33A to enable a flow of working oil in an oil reserving chamber 35. A throttle member 70 (a check valve 71) is provided to throttle the communication region of an oil passage 33A of the partition member 33 at a compression stroke and release the communication region of the oil passage 33A of the partition member 33 at an expansion stroke.
