PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve with a structure preventing easy loosening of a valve seat from a diaphragm. SOLUTION: This diaphragm valve 10 is formed with an outer circumferential protrusive engagement part 53 protruding into a groove in an outer circumferential inner wall of a ring like recessed groove 52 formed on an upper face of the valve seat 50 and an inner circumferential protrusive engagement part 54 protruding into a groove in an inner circumferential inner wall of the recessed groove 52. These outer circumferential protrusive engagement part 53 and inner circumferential protrusive engagement part 54 are engaged with recessed line grooves 422 and 423 provided in a vertical wall of a ringlike protrusion 421 of the diaphragm 40 for sandwiching the ring like protrusion 421 of the diaphragm 40 with the ring like recessed groove 52 of the valve seat 50.
