摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite oxide material for an electrode with a higher capacity of discharge as well as good cycle property, its manufacturing method and a cell using the composite oxide material for the electrode. SOLUTION: The electrode material is provided in the formula NaXMn1-YMYOZ (0<=X<=0.5, 0<Y<=0.5, 1.8<=Z<=2.2, 0<=n<=2.5), which is given through the treatment of the compound expressed in the formula below, NaMn1-YMYOZ (0<Y<=0.5, 1.8<=Z<=2.2, M is an element more than one kind of element including Boron, magnesium and the like), with an acid. A concrete example of the coin-type cell using the electrode material mentioned as the positive electrode material in Fig. 2, in which 1 is designated for a sealed plate, 2 for a gasket, 3 for a case for the positive electrode, 4 for a negative electrode, 6 for a combined pellet for the positive electrode. It realizes the cell of a larger discharge capacity and a good cycle property and provides such merits as many applications in various fields including the application as a power source of a number of electronic devices.
