A peroxide-cured blend comprises: (A) 10-90 pts.wt. of a polyacrylate elastomer comprising:(i) >= 10 mol.% structural units of formula (I); (ii) = 30 mol.% structural units of formula (II); and (iii)balance of structural units of formula (III); and (B) 90-10 pts.wt. of a partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber having a deg. of unsaturation of 0.1-20% . R1 = 4-8C alkyl; R2 = 2-12C alkoxyalkyl; R3 = 1-3C alkyl. Also claimed are: (1) a peroxide-cured blend as above, in which the elastomer further comprises 1-10 mol.% of structural units of formula (IV); (2) a peroxide-curable compsn. comprising the above blend and a peroxide curing system; and (3) a peroxide-curable compsn. comprising the blend (1) above and a peroxide curing system. -(CH2CH(CN))- (IV).
