<p>The invention discloses a novel peptide---human tyrosinase9, polynucleotide coding this peptide and the method producing this peptide by DNA recombination techniques. This invention also discloses the therapeutical methods for several diseases, such as malignant tumor, haemal illness, HIV infection, immunological illness and all kinds of inflammation et al.
