PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersion type pressure sensitive adhesive composition preventing corrosion of adhered metal surface, which is a problem when metal surface protection is a purpose, and causing no environmental pollution and safety and hygiene problems, and an adhesive sheet for repeeling. SOLUTION: This water dispersion type pressure sensitive adhesive composition contains 0.05-8 pts.wt. benzotriazole compound to 100 pts.wt. urethane/acryl hybrid water dispersion type polymer which is obtained by emulsion polymerizing an acrylic monomer in the presence of a urethane prepolymer containing a carboxyl group containing a neutralized carboxyl group in a molecule. This adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer therefrom on its support.
