PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel-shaped thermoplastic resin foamed molded article having lightweight properties and high rigidity even in a shape of a three- dimensional panel wherein a vertical wall part is provided in a base material and high in the strength of the vertical wall part. SOLUTION: In the panel-shaped thermoplastic resin foamed molded article, the vertical wall part 7 and a plane part 5 are provided in the base material and the height of the vertical wall part 7 is 10 times or more the thickness of the plane part 5 and the expansion ratio thereof is 1.2 times or less and the expansion ratio of the plane part 5 is 1.3 times or more.
