The lifting frame (3) has clamps at the corners, to grip the upper corners of a standard-size transport container. The frame has a main body and outer telescopic arms and has L-shaped arms (26) engaging with the corner fittings on the container. Braking and reduction of shock is achieved by a multiple disc spring (31) and a damping system (25). |
