The fixing elements (3,4) are mounted on a zone of the fixing board (1). The mounting zone (6) has extensions on each side made of couple of arms (9-12), which are fixed on top of the ski board (2). A layer of elastic material (15) is placed between the arms and the ski board. The arms have longitudinal and transversal grooves filled with a elastic material.
