PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the positional shift of images of respective colors without changing the image recording timing to a plate making printing plate in such a case that images are directly recorded on the plate making printing plate and a plurality of images are overlapped to be transferred. SOLUTION: A largish blank address is preliminarily added and set to an address based on actual image data and, for example, if the left upper corner part (black spot S) of the blank address is set to an image recording start position, even if an actual image region 214 is shifted in this blank address region 216, there is no alteration in an image recording start period and a control system becomes simple.
