PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for vacuum molding, which is a decorative sheet composed of a thermoplastic resin, which does not exert a bad influence upon the global environment and human bodies, in place of a polyvinyl chloride, and in which local elongation and clouding can be avoided at the time of vacuum molding so that a molded item of good quality can be stably manufactured. SOLUTION: An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film layer 8 is superposed on the rear side of decorative sheet bodies 1-6 principally composed of thermoplastic resins. Preferably, the thickness d [μm] of the decorative sheet bodies and the thickness t [μm] of the film layer 8 satisfy the following expressions: 50<=d<=250 and 0.5d<=t<=2d.
