PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regulating the specific gravity of whipped food, wherein a whipped food or a whipped food material each having the same specific gravity can be prepared easily even though being produced through mass-production in a factory. SOLUTION: This method for regulating the specific gravity of whipped food comprises whipping a food or food material to regulate its specific gravity so as to become desired one; wherein the relationship between the initial temperature of the food or food material and the load power and rotational speed of a whipper is utilized therefor.
