摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precision machine part made of a metal by a liquid-phase diffusion joining method applied for assembly of an internally complicated and precise pipe channel for transporting a fluid or for decreasing weight or a machine part having a cylinder of a small sized sliding part and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a precise machine part of a liquid-phase diffusion joined metal is such that a metallic precision machining pipe having a transporting passage in the form of a pipe channel or a cylinder through which a liquid or a gas passes is divided into plural sections at arbitral planes in the direction of the axis of the transporting passage, a partial or all mechanical characteristics of the machine part including a joined joint are assured by quickly heating the part in a thermostatic furnace by a high frequency induction heating in an oxidizing atmosphere of >=0,01 mass % O2, and then controlling a cooling speed after an isothermal solidification.
