FRICTION STIR WELDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct friction stir welding of an annular shape or a round shape (including a circular arc). SOLUTION: A rotary tool 50 is arranged to a spindle 30 of a numerical control machine tool. The spindle 30 is not inclined. A first member 70 and a second member 76 of the members to be joined are fixed to a table 20. At the state that the table is inclined so that the joining part of the first member 70 and the second member 76 is inclined to the axial center of the rotary tool 50, a section to rotate the table 20 is moved with respect to the rotary tool 50, the parts to be joined are subjected to friction stir welding. The inclination is required in friction stir welding.
