PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic exercise box, an individual exercise pool in which an exercise is performed in accordance with a special card storing physical conditions, for the purpose of rehabilitation and health maintenance, and provide an operation system. SOLUTION: An aquatic exercise box obtained by partitioning a building, in which an exercise pool is installed, a health maintenance device and security equipment are provided in the exercise pool, allowing a user to set an environment in which the user can select exercise time, the kind of exercise, the intensity of the exercise and the like suited for his kinetotherapy and an operation system therefore. |
