PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a device section connected behind a burner from the damage caused by the condensate components existing within fuel gas more certainly and at a small cost in some circumstances, in a device which combusts prepared fuel gas. SOLUTION: Fuel gas, which is prepared in a preparation device (6) and besides is preliminarily heated, burns in the burner in a gas turbine device or a boiler device. A detector (9), which directly operates to detect the content of a condensate in the prepared fuel gas, is arranged directly before the burner, within a conduit (5) connecting the preparation device (6) to the burner. The detector (9) is connected to an alarm (10) and a shut-off device (11).
