PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure for a foundation, a wall, a column or the like of a building which is stacked with a plurality of panel bodies, is economical, and has increased bonding force and improved air permeability and heat storage property. SOLUTION: A plurality of panel bodies provided with a plurality of ribs on the back side and having increased bending strength are arranged face to face, and a heat insulating material is provided on the ribs of one panel body in the panel bodies arranged face to face or arranged in the vertical direction. Connecting tools are fitted between the panel body provided with the heat insulating material and the other opposite panel body to form an integrated frame, and concrete is poured into this frame to form the structure. The bonding force between the panel bodies and the poured concrete is increased, and air layers are formed between the heat insulating material and the ribs of one panel body to achieve the purpose.
