PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide holding and driving structure for an optical device, by which the deviation and the inclination of the center position of an optical unit are restrained to be small and which does not cost so much, while maintaining attaching accuracy. SOLUTION: Three engaging parts 10a, 10b and 10c, extended in a radial direction from a two-group plate 10 fixed on a two-group mirror chamber 19, are engaged to move in an optical axis direction in a longitudinal groove formed in parallel with the optical axis direction on the inner diameter side of a thrust ring. A focus barrel 16 is fit movably on the outer periphery of the chamber 19, and rollers 19a, 19b and 19c extended from the chamber 19 are engaged with focus cams 16a, 16b and 16c formed on the focus barrel 16. The focus barrel 16 is engaged with a 2nd cam barrel 13. The longitudinal groove 13a is formed in the 2nd cam barrel 13.
