PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a radiator that can inexpensively join a corrugated fin to a base plate, and can prevent thermal deformation of the corrugated fin by low-temperature soldering. SOLUTION: A frame 2 is gripped, moved to a recessed part 5 that is heated by a heating plate 6 of a movement-type solder tank 4 that is filled with a first fused solder alloy 3, and is subjected to first plating with the first solder alloy 3 that is fused at the lower end of a corrugated fin 1. On a base plate 8, a second solder alloy 9 is heated by a heater plate 13 for fusing, and second plating is made with the second fused solder alloy 9. The frame 2 is gripped, and the corrugated fin 1 is placed on the base plate 8 and is pressed for heating, thus fusing the first and second plating for joining a corrugated fin 8 onto the base plate 8, and disconnecting the frame 8 from the corrugated fin. |
