PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably improve the convenience of an Internet portable telephone for connection and use of web services by facilitating connection to the web which performs Internet information services of the Internet portable telephone. SOLUTION: A center device 11 is provided with automatic response processors 20-1, etc., which prepare URLs and telephone numbers in relation to each other and receive and respond to a dial call of a demand for service provision from a user and an Internet server device 30 which extracts a corresponding URL on the basis of the telephone number dialed by the user, the telephone number of an Internet adapted portable telephone 13 for reception of service provision which is acquired from the user by the dial call, and carrier information of this portable telephone and generates and transmits an E mail including this URL. When the center device receives the dial call from the user, a corresponding automatic response processor responds to the dial call to acquire information required for voice guidance from the user. |
