PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus that can efficiently conduct advertisement and to provide a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: When a mobile phone makes a speech communication (YES in S101), the mobile phone receives advertisement data at first from a base station (S103). Then a display device of the mobile phone displays received advertisement data (S105) and makes a speech communication (S107). When the speech communication is finished (YES in S109), the mobile phone reaches a speech communication standby state while continuing display of the advertisement (S111).
