PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new annular rubber gasket capable of surely preventing water leakage without generating problems such as breakage by uniformly forming over the whole circumference legs 12, 12 which expand and contract according to unevenness of a fixing surface 51 and a pressure contact surface 52 opposing a pair of adjacent structures 5, 5. SOLUTION: This rubber gasket 1 is annularly assembled by joining by vulcanizing adhesion linear parts 1b along the straight line and corner parts 1a corresponding to an angle between adjacent two sides, so as to correspond to the peripheral shape of the fixing surface 51 and the pressure contact surface 52. The legs 12, 12 on the inner circumference side and the outer circumference side having different length of the corner parts 1a are individually reinforced with continuous fiber cloth having the same number of pieces as that of the legs of the linear parts 1b.
