<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for single-component development which does not deposit on a fixing member in a completely oil-less system and which can form a sharp image even when applied for the method of printing accompanying intense stress in a developing device of a nonmagnetic development method or the like. SOLUTION: The toner for single-component development contains a binder resin, a release agent having melting temperature higher than the binder resin, and a coloring agent, and the toner is obtained by kneading the binder, release agent and coloring agent under the temperature conditions of Tr<=Tm<Tw, wherein Tr and Tw are the melting temperature of the binder and that of the release agent, respectively, and Tm is the kneading temperature.</p> |
