PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for a base isolation building requiring no space for assembling it and requiring no heavy machine such as a large crane for hoisting the assembled frame and to provide its assembling method and the base isolation building arranged with pipes on the frame. SOLUTION: This frame 10 for the base isolation building provided between base isolation devices 3 and 4 fixed on a foundation 2 and an upper structural body 5 located on the base isolation devices 3 and 4 comprises a plurality of members 11. The members 11 are connected together in sequence in a mounted state on the base isolation devices 3 and 4, and the frame 10 is integrated on the base isolation devices 3 and 4. The frame 10 is formed with an H-steel, and pipes 20, 21, 22 are provided between flanges 10a and 10b and a web 10c.
