PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit for a working vehicle with a hydraulic power unit capable of preventing the simultaneous drive of the hydraulic power unit and an engine. SOLUTION: The control circuit for the working vehicle with the hydraulic power unit having the engine 4 and hydraulic pumps 5a, 5b driven by the engine 4 for supplying a discharge oil from a hydraulic pump 7a of the hydraulic power unit 7, having a motor 7b rotated with electric power supplied from the outside and the hydraulic pump 7a driven by the motor 7b, to the side of the vehicle via a hose 8 and for doing work after stopping the engine 4 when doing working with the drive of the hydraulic power unit 7, comprises a starter key switch 21, a hydraulic power unit starting switch 22, and engine start prohibiting means R1 for interrupting an engine start command signal output from the starter key switch 21 in accordance with a hydraulic power unit start command signal from the hydraulic power unit starting switch 22.
