PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film-reinforced glass plate with high resistance to impact, penetration and scratch. SOLUTION: An organic resin film containing an initiator 2 and an organic polymer film 3 are laminated in order on a glass plate 1. Then the laminated plate is coated with a resin solution for a hard coat, covered with a delamination sheet (if desired), deaerated in vacuum and cured by ultraviolet light or heat.
