PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleaning sheet suitable for removing makeup and sebum stains because of a water borne detergent retaining capability, low irritativeness to the skin, a high cleaning property to makeup and sebum stains, and a good sensation during use and an excellent finish after use. SOLUTION: The skin cleaning sheet is a stream entangled nonwoven fabric made of a cellulose fiber and a synthetic fiber in which the ratio of the average fineness of the cellulose fiber to the average fineness of the synthetic fiber forming the nonwoven fabric is 2.5 to 12 and the mass ratio between the cellulose fiber and the synthetic fiber is 80/20 to 10/90, the average fiber to fiber distance of the nonwoven fiber is 5 to 100μm, containing a water borne detergent composition.
