PURPOSE: Provided is a thin cushion adhesive rubber composition for improving durability and regeneration ability of tires, which is located between an under tread and a belt of the tires. CONSTITUTION: The thin cushion adhesive rubber composition comprises 100pts.wt. of a natural rubber, 0.3-5pts.wt. of a zinc-based dithiocarbamate compound represented by the formula, 5pts.wt. of an activating agent, 2pts.wt. of an antioxidant, 5pts.wt. of a processing oil, 3pts.wt. of an antiaging agent, 40pts.wt. of a carbon black, 2pts.wt. of a stearic acid, 5pts.wt. of a blocking agent, 6pts.wt. of a sulfur, and 1pts.wt. of a vulcanization-accelerating agent. In the formula, R and R' are CH3- or C2H5-.
