PURPOSE: A door-operating device is provided to open a door rapidly without any effort and to prevent a physical injury by making a door closed slowly. CONSTITUTION: A door-operating device comprises: a door return instrument(10) for providing returning force to the direction of being closed to a hinge shaft(D') of a door(D); a turning force transmitting instrument(20) for transmitting the turning force of the hinge shaft to an additional linkage instrument at the state of acceleration; a door operating power control instrument(30) linked with the turning force transmitting instrument(20) selectively to decrease the closing speed of the door(D) by providing the resistance against turning force only when the door(D) is closed; and an idle gear fitting instrument(40) controlling the operating force control instrument(30) according to the opening of the door(40) to connect with the turning force transmitting instrument(20) selectively.
