PURPOSE: An advertising method using Internet is provided to improve efficiency in advertisement by suddenly re-displaying a banner within a displayed banner. CONSTITUTION: When a user accesses to Internet, it is determined whether the user is a member registered through a certification procedure. In the affirmative, his/her access to Internet is permitted. When the user visits a wanted site, an advertisement using a banner is displayed. A sub-banner is suddenly displayed within the banner to show a premium section. When the sub-banner is displayed within the banner, the users are divided according to time slots. When it is the time slot, the sub-banner is suddenly displayed in the banner so as for the pertinent user to select a premium. When the user selects the premium section, the premium is transferred to the user through an electronic mail. Or the premium may be selected through an ARS.
