PURPOSE: A manufacturing equipment operating device is provided to minimize mal-function by enabling a worker to operate intuitively, to easily manipulate a slider gradually, and to easily control the pressure applied to the slider after shape-bonding. CONSTITUTION: A manipulating body(10) of an operating device of a manufacturing equipment has grips(15) on both sides. On one side of the manipulating body, a dial-type signal input part(20) is prepared. The dial-type signal input part consists of a first dial(25) controlling the lift-up and lift-down of a slider and a second dial(30) controlling the pressure applied to the slider after shape-bonding. The first dial turns gradually by a specific angular degree while the second dial turns continuously. If minute motion control is needed when the slider is lifted up and down, the slider is moved minutely by using the first dial. If the second dial is turns in a specific direction, hydraulic pressure is applied to the slider and the value of the present pressure is indicated on a second indicating window(65). On a first indicating window(63), displacement distance of the slider is indicated. The dial-type signal input part is easy to manipulate compared to a button-type signal input part. Therefore, work becomes easier and tiredness of a worker is relieved.
