PURPOSE: A webcon is provided to improve the effect of an advertisement by displaying the webcon on the top of a window through a window API(Application Program Interface) function. CONSTITUTION: A new webcon(20) is created when a URL(uniform resource locator) is inputted to execute an Internet browser. The webcon(20) is located on the top of a window displayed on a computer monitor. When the webcon(20) is selected, a corresponding page is created. The webcon(20) provides more information on a web page than a conventional web page to increase the quantity of the information to be displayed on the web page. The web page is designed with various methods by using the webcon(20). The webcon(20) provides an advertisement on the web page to maximize the effect of marketing.
